REVIEWS

I was recently discharged from Cypress Point Rehabilitation Center after 5 weeks. I have been in and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers the last 5 of 8 months . This facility is by far the best I have been in . I can’t say enough about the facility, the staff and the therapy department. For me , having a separate rehabilitation unit from the nursing home area was a godsend. At the other facilities, I was mixed in with the general nursing home population which was depressing and was not very motivating . At Cypress , all day long staff would pop in to check on me , not just when I was looking for help. The Executive Director and the Head of Nursing were out and about in the hallway checking on everything. I couldn’t even tell you who was in charge of the previous facilities I was in . I have nothing but praise for everyone at Cypress . After 8 long months I am walking again. A big shout out to Marrah , Nancy , Beth and Tracey as well as many others who provided such great care . And to my Physical Therapist Jon for getting my legs strong enough to walk again as well as the entire PT/OT staff for all their help and support. I will forever be grateful. JoAnn Tamney

From the time you walk in the door to the cheerful and smiling greeting you get from the receptionist everyone here truly cares about your loved one. Brianna & Renee have been so wonderful, caring and helpful! Can’t say enough good things about this facility and their caring staff.
