I travel to nursing facilities all over southeastern NC taking care of their audiological services… Cypress Pointe is one of the facilities I am lucky enough to work with. I have been so impressed by ALL staff at this facility! I am greeted with the warmest welcome as soon as I arrive and I am immediately asked what I need for the day. The nurses I have met are always quick to assist and do so with a smile! The social worker is eager to get her residents the services they deserve. The residents are extremely lucky to have these individuals caring for them. Way to go Cypress Pointe staff! Had to give you all a shout out.
